What size should I get when purchasing sneakers?
Sizing is personal preference however, when purchasing with us please refer to our size chart located here
Whats should I do if I don't know my size?
We recommend you look at another pair of sneakers you fit comfortably in and you can then match the size of your sneakers to your purchase.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What can be done?
Check your spam folder as it may be there, otherwise feel free to contact us on instagram or via email.
What are our return policies?
Strictly no exchanges & Returns on sales items.
A strict no-refund policy applies to all products unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.
However, in some cases, an item/s can be returned for a store credit ONLY which can be used to purchase any other product available.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We highly recommend you read the description to get a rough delivery estimate as processing varies for different products. Pre-orders and can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Other products will usually arrive in 2-5 days.
