Please allow for delays of up to 2-5 business days on all orders due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19.

All local orders are shipped with NZ Post courier services. Customers will receive their tracking number via email shortly after their package has been picked up by NZ Post courier services. North Island shipping takes approximately 1-2 business days and South Island shipping time ranges from 2-3 business days.

Orders placed outside of New Zealand are shipped with NZ Post courier services, tracking numbers will be provided via email shortly after pick up. Please allow for an extra 3 business days for courier pick up on international orders as NZ Post courier services handle a significantly larger volume of shipments. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days upon receiving your tracking link.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the items sold, Returns will only be provided under special circumstances and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Returns/Exchanges based on sizing mistakes or 'change of mind' are not considered a valid basis for granting Returns/Exchanges and will not be accepted.

Returns/Exchanges for faulty products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, either an Exchange (based on stock availability) or Refund (if the product is in un-wearable condition upon review by our quality control team) will be provided upon receiving the returned goods. Contact must be made within 5 days of receiving your item, prior to any item being worn and must have the authentication tag still attached.

All clearance items purchased during a sale, or items purchased using a discount code are final-sale and no Refund or Exchange will be provided.
